2. Onboard your client workspaces
From the Studio dashboard, create one workspace per client. Each workspace is fully isolated — your clients cannot see each other's data — and each one counts toward your purchased seat allocation.
3. Manage billing once, not N times
One invoice for the whole studio. Volume-tier transitions to Growth (21+ slots, €39 / slot) and Scale (51+ slots, €32 / slot) happen automatically as you add more clients.
4. Drill through to any client
Switch into any client workspace from the Agency dashboard — full obligations, evidence, reports, and tasks — without re-authenticating. The Agency-admin grant keeps the audit trail clean.

Who qualifies as a Founding Studio?
Founding Studios is built for commercialisti, studi associati, multi-client compliance consultants, DPO-as-a-service firms, and digital agencies managing GDPR / ESG / AI Act obligations across 10 or more client workspaces. If you bill multiple clients for compliance work, you qualify. If you're a single in-house team with one organisation, our Pro tier is a better fit.
What happens after the 18-month discount window?
Your subscription reverts to the standard tiered Studio price — €45 / slot for Starter (1–20 slots), €39 / slot for Growth (21–50 slots), €32 / slot for Scale (51+ slots) — applied automatically by your existing seat count. No re-contracting, no payment-method resync, no surprise renewal fee. The 25% discount simply ends and the standard tiered Studio rate takes over.
Does FOUNDERS50 stack with the Founding Studios discount?
No. FOUNDERS50 is a Pro-tier coupon and is rejected at Studio checkout — the agency-coupons classifier returns a 400 with a localised error explaining the mismatch. Founding Studios uses its own dedicated FOUNDING_STUDIOS25 coupon (25% off, 18 months, capped at the first 10 redemptions), pre-applied for you via the "Claim your founding spot" CTA above.
What counts as a "founding slot"?
One paying studio = one slot, regardless of how many client workspaces or seats you purchase. The cap is 10 paying agencies in total (not 10 seats) — once 10 studios have signed up, the founding-program window closes permanently and the page flips to a waitlist. Within your studio, you can grow your seat count freely; the slot belongs to the agency, not to a particular seat.
What's the refund policy?
Standard Stripe / ObligoBoard refund policy applies — you can cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, and we'll refund unused time on your current billing period in line with our published terms. The 25% Founding Studios discount itself is non-transferable: if you cancel and re-subscribe later, you re-enter under the standard tiered Studio price (the founding window will likely be closed by then).
